dc.description.abstractLa question de la migration irrégulière au Maghreb est d’ordre transnational par excellence. Elle concerne, d’une part, les Etats maghrébins qui ont désormais un triple statut : terre de transit, de départ et d’accueil. Il implique également l’Europe qui demeure l’objectif final de la migration en provenance d’Afrique du nord et d’Afrique sub-saharienne. La gestion de ce dossier relève donc de la coopération entre deux blocs qui non seulement sont de force inégale, mais qui ont aussi des statuts différenciés. Car si l’Europe a atteint un certain degré de convergence dans la gestion sécuritaire de la migration irrégulière, les Etats maghrébins restent individualistes et perméables à l’influence palpable des Européens qui ont opté pour une approche sécuritaire The issue of irregular migration in the Maghreb is ultimate transnational. It concerns, on the one hand, Maghreb states which now have a triple status: land of transit, departure and reception. It also involves Europe, which remains the ultimate goal of migration from North Africa and Sub – Saharan Africa. The management of this file is therefore a matter of cooperation between two blocks that are not only unequally strong but also have different statuses. For if Europe has reached a certain degree of convergence in the safe management of irregular migration, Maghreb states remain individualistic and permeable to the palpable influence of Europeans who have opted for security approach.
