    Research Trends Centered On The Effectiveness Of Educational Communication Skills Among Primary School Physical Education Teachers And Their Role In Enhancing Student Performance: A Survey Of The Perspectives Of Specialized Algerian Academic Elites

    This study investigates the effectiveness of educational communication skills among primary school physical education teachers and their role in enhancing student performance, based on the perspectives of specialized academic experts. Using a descriptive analytical approach, data were collected from academic research and questionnaires completed by university specialists. The study examined the nature of required communication skills and their impact on motivating students and improving their physical and academic performance. Findings revealed that skills such as clear instructions and positive interaction boost student confidence, while teachers with strong communication skills manage classes more effectively. The study recommends integrating these skills into training programs and further research into their impact on physical and academic outcomes تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف فعالية مهارات الاتصال التعليمي لدى مدرسي التربية البدنية في الطور الابتدائي ودورها في تعزيز أداء التلاميذ، وفقًا لرأي النخب الأكاديمية المتخصصة. اعتمدت على منهجية تحليلية وصفية، مع جمع البيانات من بحوث أكاديمية واستبيانات خبراء متخصصين. تناولت طبيعة المهارات الاتصالية المطلوبة وأثرها في تحفيز التلاميذ وتحسين أدائهم البدني والتعليمي. أظهرت النتائج أن مهارات مثل وضوح التوجيهات والتفاعل الإيجابي تعزز ثقة التلاميذ، كما أن المدرسين ذوي مهارات اتصال قوية يديرون الحصص بفعالية. أوصت الدراسة بتطوير هذه المهارات في البرامج التدريبية وإجراء مزيد من الأبحاث حول تأثيرها على الأداء البدني والتحصيل الدراسي.

    The Reality Of The Press Relationship As An Organizational Communication Activity Of Algerian Sports Bodies From The Perspective Of Algerian Sports Journalists

    This study aimed to analyze the nature of the relationship between Algerian sports bodies and sports journalists, as a component of effective organizational communication. The research adopted a quantitative descriptive approach through an online questionnaire administered to a sample of 100 Algerian sports journalists. The results revealed that 68% of participants viewed communication with sports bodies as "ineffective," while 72% highlighted delays in information flow. The study also identified a positive relationship between the variables of professional experience and type of media outlet and the nature of the relationship with sports bodies. The findings were discussed within the framework of organizational communication theories, with recommendations to enhance transparency and establish two-way communication channels. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل طبيعة العلاقة بين الهيئات الرياضية الجزائرية والصحفيين الرياضيين، باعتبارها أحد عناصر الاتصال التنظيمي الفعّال. اعتمد البحث على منهج وصفي كمي، من خلال استبيان إلكتروني شمل عينة من 100 صحفي رياضي جزائري. أظهرت النتائج أن 68% من المشاركين يرون أن التواصل مع الهيئات الرياضية "غير فعّال"، بينما أشار 72% إلى تأخر في تدفق المعلومات. كما بينت الدراسة أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين متغيري الخبرة ونوع الوسيلة الاعلامية وطبيعة العلاقة مع الهيآت الرياضية، نوقشت النتائج في إطار نظريات الاتصال التنظيمي، مع تقديم توصيات لتعزيز الشفافية وإنشاء قنوات اتصال ثنائية الاتجاه.
