    تعد منصة نتفليكس أحد أهم منصات العرض البديلة عن وسائل الإعلام التقليدية، التي كانت لسنوات رائدة بلا منازع في مجال الانتاجات السمعية البصرية. بحيث سمحت للمنتجين عرض أعمالهم بناءا على طلب المشتركين. إقبال المشتركين على الاشتراك في منصة نتفليكس" Netflix" يعكسه الأسلوب المشوق و الجذاب الذي تعتمده في معالجة مختلف الظواهر و المواضيع. تعد الأعمال المعالجة لظاهرة الجريمة من أنجح الأعمال على منصة نتفليكس" Netflix"، بحيث تتصدر قائمة أحسن الأعمال و الأكثر إعجابا. يعد مسلسل الجريمة جيفيري دامر من بين أنجح مسلسلات الجريمة التي أعجب بها المشتركون بعد النجاح الذي حققه مسلسل بيت من ورق la casa depaple، كشف التحليل السيميولوجي لبعض الأجزاء من هذا المسلسل عن تقديم صورة جديدة للمجرم، تطرح إشكالات عدة ترتبط بأثر الترويج لنموذج جديد للمجرم البطل في المجتمع.

    يتطلب التطور التكنولوجي والرقمي المتسارع والثورة المعلوماتية تحديات جديدة في شتى المجالات الاقتصادية والثقافية والسياسية والتعليمية. فالتعليم بشكل عام والعالي بشكل خاص بحاجة إلى مناهج وأساليب تكوينية جديدة تواكب متطلبات العصر الحالي وتحدياته. واكب قطاع التعليم العالي بالجزائر التطورات التكنولوجية والرقمية وأدمجها كحتمية واقعية من أجل ترقية مستوى التكوين وجودة التعليم العالي في ميادين مختلفة كميدان العلوم التكنولوجية والطبية والإنسانية والاجتماعية. يشهد مجال الإعلام رقمنة المعلومات والوسائط والدمج بين الوسائل المختلفة التي بدأت بالبث التلفزيوني المباشر عبر الأقمار الصناعية ثم عبر منصات رقمية على شبكة الانترنت، والاتجاه إلى الصحافة الإلكترونية والإعلام التفاعلي عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي. هذا ما دعى المدرسة الوطنية العليا للصحافة وعلوم الإعلام كمؤسسة من مؤسسات التعليم العالي بالجزائر لتحديث مضمون الدراسات الإعلامية ولتكون قادرة على تكوين إعلاميين متمكنين من التعامل مع التقنيات الرقمية. ستكون هذه المداخلة عبارة عن دراسة وصفية لمضمون وأبعاد مقررات التكوين الخاصة بالصحافة وعلوم الإعلام بالنسبة للطور الأقسام التحضيرية و طور الماستر بالمدرسة. Abstract: Accelerated technological and digital development and the information revolution impose new challenges in multiple economic, cultural, political and educational fields. Accordingly, education in general and higher education in particular requires new training approaches and methods. Additionally, Higher education sector in Algeria has accompanied digital advancement and integrated them as a genuine imperative in an endeavour to ameliorate the level of training and the quality of higher education in various fields. Furthermore, the field of media witnesses the digitization of information, media, and the integration of various means. This is what urged Higher National School for Journalism and Information Sciences to update the content of information studies and to be able to train skillful media professionals in dealing with digital technologies. This intervention is a descriptive study regarding the content and dimensions of the training courses on journalism for both preparatory and Master levels respectively at the same school.

    This study intended as a research on the aspects of ethics and deontology through which can demonstrate the role of information on the political scene as an essential vector of the Algerian popular movement known as (HIRAK). Which demanded a change radical in several areas including information; or on the contrary increase control over information by implementing criteria for regulating information activity. This led us to deal with this issue on the Algerian political scene; who is experiencing a movement and a situation that seem conjectural in the image of what is happening in the Arab world; Or should it be considered as saving in the process of natural political changes that nations are experiencing today.
