الاستثمار في طاقة الرياح كأداة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر

Abstract

تعتبر طاقة الرياح من الطاقات المتجددة النظيفة التي تحظى بأهمية ومكانة هامة ضمن مخططات وأجندات الدول المتعلقة بالاستثمار والتنمية المستدامة؛ وتعتبر الجزائر من الدول التي سطرت ضمن برامجها الهامة برنامجا يخص مشاركة الطاقات المتجددة –من بينها طاقة الرياح-في الانتاج الاجمالي للطاقة الكهربائية في حدود 2011-2030. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة، سنتطرق الى الاستثمار الجزائري في طاقة الرياح من أجل تحقيق ورفع التنمية المستدامة، ومعرفة مدى نجاح المشاريع المسطرة في هذا المجال. Abstract : Wind energy is one of the renewable energies that takes an important place within the plans of countries related to investment and sustainable development. Algeria is one of the countries that has set among its important programs a program for the participation of renewable energies - including wind energy - in the total production of electric energy in the range of 2011-2030. Through this study, we will touch on the Algerian investment in wind energy in order to achieve and raise sustainable development, and find out the extent of the success of the planned projects in this field.
