We treat in this publication the methodological aspect of Information and Communication studies. The research protocol is a process of putting in place various tools and methodological objectives of research. The research protocol refers to the basic strategy of research and the underlying logic. They feel that the need for an appropriate research protocol becomes apparent whenever a researcher wants to generalize from his findings.
